When applying External sealant our mastic men will always ensure they use the correct waterproof and weatherproof silicone for the job at hand, whilst also making sure the correct and agreed colour match is being used to fit in with your homes aesthetic design.
Window Sealant
Our Mastic men use high quality flexible weatherproof sealant when sealing external windows. This is used to stop water getting into the house and to cope with the slight movement of the brickwork.
Door Sealant
When sealing around external door frames our sealant applicators use a flexible weather proof sealant to stop water intruding into your home and to allow for the contracting of the surrounding areas.
Electrical Meter Sealant
We use a weatherproof colour match sealant when sealing around the External perimeter of the electrical box to stop leakage within the box and to match the aesthetic and colour of the electrical meter box.
Masonry Sealant
Our mastic men will use one of two types of sealants when sealing masonry joints, A one part or a two part sealant. The sealants used are very flexible and weatherproof to allow for movement of the external brickwork and to stop water from getting into the joint. A backing rod is used in between the joint for support when applying brick wall sealer.
Soffit Sealant
Our Sealant applicators seal low level and high level soffits on your home to insulate the property and to stop water ingress. We use a weatherproof mastic sealant to get these particular results when sealing around soffits.
